I don’t know about your work week, but my mine is usually packed. I juggle my business in the mornings, and then rush home to be there for my children in order to get all three to their afterschool sports. Life is busy for us all.

I find that taking time in the beginning of the week to prepare two or even three meals for the week ahead can take so much pressure off of us.

This is also something you can do weekly or once a month. Simply soak a variety of beans overnight, rinse and then boil. Once they are ready simply add to freezer bags and freeze. Voila, you have beans that are sodium and BPA Free!
