Ingredients:
1 Tbsp AIM Cocoa Leaf Greens and 1 Tbsp raw cocoa powder or 2 Tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 heaped scoop of AIM ProPeas protein powder
1 cup dry oats – old fashioned or instant
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup Publix crunchy peanut butter or any other chunky crunchy peanut butter
(Almond butter can also be used)
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp chiaseeds
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (fine)
2-3 Tbsp coconut oil - melted
Method:

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.  Roll into walnut sized balls and store in a sealed tupperware in the fridge until ready to eat. * A sprinkle of raw cocoa nibs mixed into the mixture before rolling is also delicious.
