Apple Sundae

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 apples

  • 2 Tbsp raw almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 & 1/2 tsp almond extract

  • 2 Tbsp chopped almonds

  • 2 Tbsp grated coconut

METHOD:

  1. Blend almond butter, maple syrup, and almond extract until smooth

  2. Cut apples into quarters

  3. Cut quarters into 3 pieces lengthwise & 1/4-inch pieces crosswise

  4. Place in two serving bowls

  5. Drizzle sauce over apples

  6. Top with chopped almonds & coconut
