Beet the Blues Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 bottle of AIM Red Rush or 1/8 freshly peeled beet or 1 tsp of AIM Redibeets powder

  • 1 scoop AIM Propeas

  • 1/4 frozen banana, optional

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • Ice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender & blend until smooth

  2. If desired, add in chia seeds
