Cinnamon Spiced Walnuts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 & 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1/8 tsp orange zest

  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Lin a baking pan with parchment paper

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until walnuts are coated well

  4. Spread onto baking pan and bake for 7-10 minutes

  5. Once cool store in a glass mason jar

  6. Enjoy as a snack or sprinkled over a green salad
