INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 navel oranges, peeled

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/4 cup ground or whole raw almonds

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seed

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Ice

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until smooth
