Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup canned full cream coconut milk

  • (BPA Free and shake well before opening)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of ground himalayan salt

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients

  2. Mix together until smooth

  3. Cover & place in fridge overnight

  4. When serving, top with freshly diced figs, blueberries, pecans, almonds, and a dash of maple syrup
