Ingredients

4 Tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 Tablespoon AIM CoCoa LeafGreens

  • 1 Tablespoon raw crunchy almond butter

  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Putting it All Together

In a bowl, add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and CoCoa LeafGreens and mix with a whisk.

  1. Add the almond milk, canned coconut milk, cacao nibs and chia seeds. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

  2. Serve topped with a dollop of whipped coconut cream, fresh raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
