INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp AIM Cocoa Leaf Greens or raw cocoa powder

  • 1 heaped scoop of ProPeas protein powder

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal (brown rice crisps for gluten-free)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecan nuts, finely chopped (hemp hearts for nut-free)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (sunflower seed butter for nut-free)

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 Tbsp chiaseeds

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (fine)

  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil

METHOD:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients

  2. Roll into small balls

  3. Store in freezer

  4. Serve and enjoy
