No Bake Cookies

 
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free oats, toasted

  • 1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup plant milk (almond or oat milk)

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

METHOD:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a pot and cook together over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Immediately scoop spoonfuls onto a baking pan lined with wax paper.

  3. Sprinkle with hemp hearts and place in fridge until cold.

  4. Enjoy with a cup of hot tea.
