ProPeas Protein Powder Granola Bars

  • 1 cup raw honey (slightly heated over boiling water)

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 12 oz jar nut butter (almond butter)

  • 1/2 cup chopped dates and raisins/cranberries

  • 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats - lightly toasted

  • 3 scoops of ProPeas powder

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  • 1/2 cups sunflower seeds


  1. Melt honey, coconut oil, nut butter, dates, and raisins/cranberries over low heat

  2. Remove from heat when smooth and runny (don’t let boil)

  3. Mix together all other ingredients until well blended

  4. Press into a cookie pan and place in fridge overnight

  5. Cut into bars or squares and store in fridge until ready to eat

  6. Drizzle with honey mixture before serving
