I don’t know about your work week, but my mine is usually packed. I juggle my business in the mornings and then rush to get my children to their after school sports. Life is busy for us all.

I find that taking time in the beginning of the week to prepare two or even three meals for the week ahead can take so much pressure off of us.

This is also something you can do weekly or once a month. Simply soak a variety of beans overnight, rinse, and then boil. Once they are ready, simply put them in freezer bags and freeze. Voila, you have beans that are sodium and BPA Free!
