Fall Apple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 small eating apple

  • 1 scoop AIM ProPeas

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp hemp heart seeds

  • 1 ice block - optional

METHOD:

  1. De-seed apple and cut in quarters

  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over apple slices and massage

  3. Put slices in a zip lock bag and freeze

  4. Add all ingredients in a high speed blender

  5. Blend until smooth
